Sr. Division Order Analyst

Is responsible for handling complex division of interest calculations and ownership transfers for oil and gas properties. They analyze title opinions, leases, and contracts to ensure accurate revenue distribution and resolve ownership disputes. Additionally, they set up wells, such as revenue and expense decks, and maintain record titles.

Division Order Analyst I – III

Reviews and interprets ownership documents, such as deeds and probate, to maintain accurate ownership records. They calculate revenue payments and collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy.

Division Order Technician I-II

Ensures accurate distribution of oil and gas revenues to the correct parties. They review and update division order records, update landowner accounts, and work with landowners to resolve any discrepancies.

Division Order Clerk

Processes and manages incoming owner inquiries, maintaining accurate records and communicating with landowners and other departments.
